Background
The ancient residents of the Lavinian plains are divided, as the Dardanoi are, into various city-states. As a group, they are called Laviniani. All of the different cities have more or less the same military structure and culture. They are not as interested in philosophy and magic as the Dardanoi are - this distaste for magic will be carried over into the Lavinian Empire - but they are great architects and engineers, even at this stage in their history.
